RV Spaces
We are a Recreational Vehicle Park with 35 spaces.
We have 13 pull-thrus with 30/50 amps & 22 spacious back-ins with 30/50 amps.
All spaces come with full hook-ups.

Furnished Rooms
Furnished rooms are available by the day, week, or month, on a first come first serve basis, not usually reserved. Please call for rates. All rooms are smoke free.

Cowboy Bunkhouse
Our "Cowboy Bunkhouse" can accomodate 4 people.  It comes equipped with a full kitchen, dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, and coffeepot.  It has 2 double beds in the bedroom and a futon in the living room/kitchen.  A TV with cable is in both rooms. All linens and towels are furnished. Smoking is not permitted in the Bunkhouse. Please call for rates.

New Bath House
Our brand new bath house has 4 spic-n-span showers and is completely climate-controlled year-round for your comfort.  Our laundry room is brand new in 2008, has 3 washers and 3 dryers, and also climate-controlled, cool in the summer, warm in the winter.

Reservations
A deposit is normally required to hold a reservation and is refundable only with a minimum 10-day cancellation notice.  A 20% handling fee will be charged for each refund.  Monthly or long-term reservation deposits are normally not refundable. A minimum 2-day stay is required for special events, holidays, football games, etc.  Now accepting credit cards (No American Express) as well as checks and cash.

For reservations and general information, please call between 8 A.M. and 6 P.M. For emergencies or if you need help in finding the park call anytime.

We are tucked away in a quiet rural setting, with shady trees and quiet evenings, but only 8 miles from the Texas A&M campus and many other great destinations! We offer wireless internet in the lobby and cable TV at every site.

Our park offers large, clean bath houses and laundry room, all new in 2008 and climate controlled. Also new in 2008, our Cowboy Bunkhouse decorated in true Texas style.
